fruits-and-veggiesI often have people ask me about how many calories they should eat or avoid in order to lose weight. It’s not just about calories in versus calories out.  Insulin is the hormone that is released when we eat something that is high in carbohydrate (sugar).  It is responsible for bringing our blood sugar back down to earth, which is good.  However, too much insulin in our blood stream is bad.  Insulin is easily stored as fat.

In this short video clip, you will learn more about the cause and effect of insulin.  I did not produce this clip, I’m just a big fan of the person who did, but not so much a fan of the title so please forgive. 🙂
